Main goals of the Association of Companies Health Insurance Funds Czech Republic (SZP ČR) in the near future:



- SZP ČR represents common interests of the members in connection with the public authorities, professional associations and health care providers,

- to participate actively and effectively, on a professional level, in improvement of functional health insurance system as a basic compulsory health insurance and to create conditions for impletenting additional types of insurance as well as supplementary and complementary insurance in the field of health care,

- to provide cooperation in preparing a new health legislature regarding health insurance, to take part in the process of transformation of the health services focused on optimalization of resources and costs,

- to improve services for the clients in best quality, incl. guidance into the precautionary programmes,

- to share in establishing quality parameters and to implement them into various relationships,

- to cooperate with the Ministry of Health as well as professional associations,

- to ensure lobbying in the Parliament,

- to asserte basic principles of the health insurance : equity and equality, accessibility, quality, plurality and competition, solidarity and economy,

- to develop international cooperation from all points of view.
